Cancellation Policy

If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 24-hour notice. If you cannot provide a 24-hour notice, we may impose the following fees: “No Show” for session: Loss of that treatment in your treatment package or 25% Cancellation fee. Same Day Cancellation: 25% cancellation fee, either deducted from your package deposit or due before your next scheduled treatment. All Deposits are Non Refundable. Active clients with prepaid and unused session balances can apply those balances to other services with the same provider initially purchased with. Clients are deemed Inactive after 6 months of discontinued treatments, and no longer eligible for a refund or transfer of services. If a refund is requested and processed within 6 months of purchase, our professional relationship will be considered permanently concluded. These policies are to ensure mutual clarity and respect for the time and effort invested on both sides.
